We provide a free, open-source membership to help you get started with NetLock RMM. This membership allows you to easily compile all required packages for your installation, streamlining the setup process. For added convenience, we can also host these packages directly for you, making onboarding smoother. You’re free to host these packages on your own server if you prefer. Just download them from our platform and upload them to your server to have complete control over their deployment.
However, please note that these packages are not digitally code-signed, so we recommend using them only in test environments, homelabs, or other non-critical setups. For secure, large-scale, or production environments, a code-signed membership package is a better choice to ensure authenticity and security.

¶ Resetting Your Password
If you’ve forgotten your password, please send an email to support@0x101-cyber-security.de requesting a password reset. Once we receive your request, we will send you a one-time password (OTP) that will allow you to reset your password securely.
¶ Two Factor Authentification
For enhanced security and better access control, we highly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for your account. 2FA adds an extra layer of protection by requiring not only your password but also a second form of verification, such as a code sent to your mobile device. This significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access to your account, even if your password is compromised.
¶ Acquiring a Membership
To begin the membership acquisition process, log into the NetLock RMM Members Portal. Navigate to the memberships page at Products -> Memberships, where you may select the membership tier that best aligns with your needs. No payment information is required for the open-source membership, making it an ideal choice for those primarily focused on testing and homelab environments. For paid memberships, the portal will guide you to Stripe for seamless and secure payment processing.
Should you require an alternative payment method, our Accounting department can facilitate your request through other interfaces. Just contact us through our ticket system. Once your membership is set up, it will be visible under “My Products,” allowing easy management and access to your membership benefits.
This streamlined process ensures that you can quickly obtain the resources needed for effective NetLock RMM deployment.
¶ Obtaining the Open Source Packages
After you successfully registered and acquired the open source membership, navigate to my products. There you will find a new entry. Click on it to open. Now under Package, click on “Reissue Package”. This process might take a few minutes, just stay on the page.
After your request has been processed, you will now be able to download the package, including all compiled NetLock RMM executables. A email will be dispatched to you too. You can also use the provided URL as the Package Provider URL in your NetLock RMM Web Console, so you dont need to host them yourself.
¶ A New Version Has Been Released — What Now?
When a new version is released, updating is straightforward. Simply reissue your package in the Members Portal after we announce the release. This will automatically compile the latest executables for your setup. Additionally, the version information will reflect the version of the updated package, giving you a clear overview of your current version.
Following these steps ensures you’re always running the latest, most secure, and feature-rich version of NetLock RMM. With each new release, we will publish update instructions.
