Limitations are primarily related to support options. While we do not provide direct troubleshooting for technical issues, you can join our community Discord for assistance or report bugs on GitHub.
More info about the open source membership can be found here.
If you require professional support, such as server setup and upgrade assistance, or deeper troubleshooting you might want to consider our paid memberships. We always make sure to solve problems our paid users have! The paid version also comes with digitally signed Windows agents.

You can either compile, package and deploy these yourself or use the NetLock Members Portal, which is a faster and recommended option. If you forgot to configure the members portal api key during the setup of the web console, remember to reboot your server after you’ve made the change. This ensures that the new settings take effect properly.
